This annual Spring festival boast  some 50,000 visitors to  this area of some 200 shops including galleries, restaurants, and other retail establishments.

From the Avenue of the Arts at Broad and Walnut Street to Rittenhouse Square Park. Walnut Streets  was the venue where many of the areas businesses demonstrated their goods and services. including hair styling, body painting, and fashions.

Meanwhile the live performances of Rhythm and Blues, rock, and folk bands permeate the area, all the way to the park.
