mansion
practiced much deception here on Cobbler's Reef. This infamous "Regency Rascal," is accused of using lanterns
to give passing ships a false sense of position, luring them onto the rocky reefs. Hopelessly grounded,
their bounty was then plundered by Lord and his marauders.
