Here in Philadelphia we celebrate the new year as New York's Broadway moves South and in full swing. Yep, it's
the Broadway-type, Philadelphia one-of-a-kind Mummers Parade.

This Philadelphia tradition is always likened, in one context or another, to New York's Broadway with the extra
excitement of the "Comic Clubs'" parody of the past year's events. See the costumes, dance, and the props they tow
along with them and you're bound to find yourself in agreement with me.

It's another year and Philadelphians come out to celebrate the 104th, Mummers Parade. Some
to enjoy the celebration, and then there are those for whom the Mummers is a year round vocation. Whereas a
brief respite after celebration is expected. Preparation is soon on the way for the next year. The next celebration.
